I updated my Jlink to 6.22g but did not manage to reproduce this (I.e., assert when attaching to running target). Have you tried the same with our SDK examples?

Hello,

I'm using a similar approach for viewing RTT logs on windows, and haven't experienced this problem. Maybe it helps if you reset the chip after connecting:

jlink.exe (JLinkExe on ubuntu) -if SWD -device nrf52 -speed 4000 -autoconnect 1 -CommanderScript run.jlink
jlinkrttclient
