&lt;p&gt;You need to flash the S132 SoftDevice for it to work. Use nrfjprog in command line, or &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/2.4GHz-RF/nRFgo-Studio"&gt;nRFGo Studio &lt;/a&gt;  to flash the SoftDevice.
