We've programmed several boards with our firmware and kept then with BLE advertisings every 300ms. We measure the voltage supply from the board and it was around 2.7V while the target was at 3.6V. Could this ~0.9V difference between programmer and target be the cause of the problem?
One of the boards that presented such defect had a increased current on System OFF mode. Healthy devices present with ~3uA on System OFF (additional ICs on the board add up to the 1.2uA from the nrf52), however the defective device presented around 11uA.

As described earlier, the device seemed to run the code normally aside from having no BLE activity.

RE: nrf52832 RADIO peripheral stopped after days on test bench

@Ketil - I can't upload the schematics, but will enter in contact directly with nordic personnel. Nevertheless we followed the guidelines from the datasheet.
@Matt - Not regularly, but eventually there are flash writing. I've reserved a flash page to store custom FW data. Usually writings are done when a not expected reboot happens, I use neither fstorage or pstorage but rather nvmc and sd_flash_* HAL functions.

RE: nrf52832 RADIO peripheral stopped after days on test bench

Do you write to some internal flash location regularly?
