Unfortunately we do not have support for precision touchpad, as described by microsoft here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/component-guidelines/windows-precision-touchpad-required-hid-top-level-collections. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Not sure I understand exactly what you mean. If you could elaborate that would be helpful. Regardless you should get an interrupt when you receive a new output report provided this is enabled. Did you read the The USB controller interrupts chapter in the Product specification?
