It seems my last answer was slightly incorrect. If you press on the Bell in the top right corner &amp; then the settings button, you can change who you can accept private messages from. I have changed my settings from &quot;Only Friends&quot; (default setting) to &quot;Everyone&quot;, so it should be possible for you to send me a private message. That should then bring you to the user&#39;s profile info page. In the top right corner, you can see the button Connect. If you press the connect button, you can press &quot;Request Friendship&quot;. It seems that currently you need to be friends with the person you want to send a private message. Once you are friends, I believe you can press the connect button again &amp; a new tab will appear, where you can send a private message.
