Thanks for your answer. I have already checked the first one before my measurements. I took a look at the second one and I found my mistake. I did not supply the rest of the PDK.
I got confused because in the nRF52840 Measuring current document, it is recommended to disconnect the USB after programming. In the nRF52840 direct supply document, it says that the rest of the board should be supplied by either USB or battery. So, with an additional supply for the rest of the board, I got a much more reasonable current of 1.3 uA.
