But I can confirm that you can run the s110 7.0.0 on the nRF51422 CEAAB00 for development. (For production with s110 7.0.0 on nRF51422 CEAAB00, talk to our support group. I believe this is OK, but due to people being absent I can not get that verified now.)</p> <p>As for your question on DFU: The only SoftDevice that currently has DFU support is the S110 version 7.0.0.
