&lt;p&gt;The nRF52832 was first, which I think was released in February 2016.&lt;br /&gt;The nRF52810 recently went into mass production (June 2017). The nRF52840 is still not in production, but is planned to be released very, very soon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As the entire nRF52-series is relatively new, I do not think there are any plans to stop manufacturing these yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, these kind of questions should be directed to your RSM (Regional Sales Manager). Your RSM might be able to provide more specific information regarding this.&lt;/p&gt;
