Can you try change


d[0].send(PacketSend(8, 0x0001, 15, 1, 0, "Hello world"))

to

d[0].send(cmd.PacketSend(8, 0x0001, 15, 1, 0, "Hello world"))

Hi,

Are you using 64-bit python? There’s a dependency of 32-bit libraries somewhere, so you will need to go with the 32 bit version.
