Does your target driver setup look like this?

Do you have the nrf52xxx.flm file in the C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Flash folder ?

Do you have the latest Keil version?

If the answer to these 3 questions is yes, try to copy the files in the folder C:\Keil_v5\ARM\PACK\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_DeviceFamilyPack\8.15.2\Flash

to the C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Flash folder

Hi Sigur,

I've installed the latest version o DeviceFamily pack and nRF5x, when I open an example project available for pca10056 and trying to load keil prompt this

Hi,

You can try to install the DeviceFamily pack manually. Latest version is 8.15.2.

You can download it from this link.

Also make sure that you have the latest nRF5x Command Line Tools, you can download it from here.
