Please try to update to GNU Make version above 4. You can find a link in the GCC and Eclipse tutorial.

Could you try extracting a fresh version of the SDK, to make sure there is no changes to the toolchain files?

Yes it's unmodified blinky from sdk 14.2. Yes all examples in the sdk. Another point which I wanted to add was I have also used sdk11 and it works fine with it. I'm using version " 4.9.3" same as the versions used in this tutorial

Are you experiencing this with the unmodified blinky example? Are you seeing this issue with all examples in the SDK, or only this one? Which ARMGCC version are you using?

No I'm not familiar with make files. Should i add that part with my make command ?

like "make -flto"

I'm using GNU Make 3.81

One that is not broken or damaged. Did you try to enable "-flto" optimization?

I have a core i7 with with 6GB ram. I'm able to build SDK 11 make files. What is the idea configuration for a computer then ?

Check your laptop. This sounds a lot like a hardware problem with the laptop CPU, RAM or disk.
