I am using the NRF52832 for advertising every 10s.
However while entering the sleep phase, I noticed some glitches while measuring the current. You can find attached our measurements using a picoscope.
What are these glitches due to?

The current including the spikes should be 2µA in idle mode. You are seeing 7µA, so can you please measure the distance between the spikes and also the base current between the spikes?

Can you please describe your measurement setup. Are you measuring on the PCA10040 DK? If so, are you connected with USB? This will give you about 10µA in idle because of noise. You should power the kit using the external supply pins. If you are measuring on a custom design, please describe your setup. Any other devices on the board?

You also mention sunlight.. are you using the CSP package? How much does the current increase and what is the distance between the spikes.
