I also offer money to buy the SDK without hardware. The support was kind but they said they don't have such an option and doesn't give me the key...

@RK, About stealing the SDK, thieves doesn't offer money for what they steal, right? Basically, I don't stole it from nordicsemi.com server, with hacking techniques... I just found it some other server at internet and downloaded. Indeed, my country laws avoid bundling goods (I believe US consumer laws also avoid such a bundling. This why smart people return Windows licenses). So I have a right to buy SDK alone, without any hardware. If Nordic Semi don't want to obey laws, I am not need to obey also for the SDK. At the other hand, Nordic Semi doesn't loose something due what I made. They loose a customer because of what they made :)

I also suggested to sell there SDKs without hardware. The support was so kind to give me the key when I showed them a confirmation, that I've bought the hardware.

I created a ticked but don't give me the key and redirect me to buying the kit.

Anyway, I found free copies of the SDK from internet, with latest softdevices. :)

Yes, that is what I meant because that was my experience. I can't speak for Nordic, but they may be willing to provide a key without purchasing the kit, but I haven't gone down that route.

I am also interested in buying a key instead of a pack. Because Shipment+customs it became more than $200.

Thank you, so you mean the "usual" way to obtain such key is by buying a development kit? Maybe there is some easier way to just buy the software without the hardware? Anyway, I will open a trouble ticket to ask nordic directly.

Typically the product key is printed on the packaging of the eval or development kits. If not, you can contact your local Nordic distributor, or put in a trouble ticket via Nordic's my pages system off their main website. I don't believe they will post a key publicly here.
