I have seen alot about the declaration process with the Bluetooth SIG but couldnt find my specific case.
We made a BLE application with the NRF51, a PCB Antenna, SD130 and some other components. All of this is part of the PCB of the final product

RE: Bluetooth SIG Declaration as OEM of a limited module?

It's part of the Bluetooth testing, different from regulatory testing.

All QDIDs can normally be re-used, but unless your HW is identical to the nRF51 HW, a re-test of the RF-PHY would be needed. It's basically a re-test of QDID 43016

This has to be done by a BQTF

RE: Bluetooth SIG Declaration as OEM of a limited module?

Not sure what you mean by RF-PHY Test. Do you mean regulatory tests for FCC/ETSI? Or is for SIG declaration some physical testing necessary. From my understanding is compliance with Bluetooth given by the Softdevice.

RE: Bluetooth SIG Declaration as OEM of a limited module?

You don't have to do much for the Blueooth SIG It's the end customer that must list the the product and pay the listing fee to Bluetooth SIG. But it will help them of you do the RF-PHY test on the module. Then they can refer to the relevant QDID's when they list the product; stack and component from Nordic and the RF-PHY test from you. Plus re-use FCC ID of course.
