Bluetooth mesh is based on Bluetooth 4 and do not use Bluetooth 5 spec.

(But you can use Bluetooth 5 features from our SDK in combination with bluetooth mesh, but then its not compliant with the Bluetooth mesh spec. Which then makes it a proprietary solution.)

Maybe you could help with a completely different problem, namely if I'm using nrf52840 and running mesh on it, you use Bluetooth 5 or 4.2 to send with.

If you have any documentary on it I will be really happy

You can set the slave address with this struct found in the API.

We have two PWM examples in the SDK. PWM Driver Example and PWM Library Example. Also here is the documentation of the PWM Driver.
Here is the documentation for the TWI slave driver. And here is also a TWIS Slave and TWI Master Mode Drivers Example which you can use as reference.
