Hi, the feature you requested is now available in nRF Connect 4.19.0. Did you have some time to check it?

Yes, exactly what I was thinking. I have set all Characteristic Presentation Format fields accordingly but nRF Connect would not display value of characteristic as unsigned 16-bit integer.

It may be an integer, unsigned integer, 2 uint8s, 2 sint8, invalid data, some bitmask... There would have to be a way to specify exactly the format. Right now you can just set format to text when you rename the characteristic, other formats would require a lot of work and we don't want to just add integer, others would start asking why not float16.. :)

But it's in our backlog, just very low priority.

Hi, I have reported internally the request to display the value depending on the presentation format. I think it is a good suggestion.
