I cannot close this case, cannot see any close button thats supposed to be there ! Tried in Chrome and Firefox.

there were some problems related to using Firefox before. But I think we've ironed them out.

Personally, I can't reproduce what you are reporting with Firefox.

But please update your thread if the problem persist or you find a solution to it.
