Are you sure that the DHT11 functions you have created is working as intended? You have some while loops inside there that will deadlock your code if the GPIOs are not set to certain values. Note that if you put a breakpoint or halt the CPU in other ways, the softdevice will assert when you continue, and put you in the error handler. Is the code working if you comment out DHT_task_callback() from you main loop?

I checked in debug mode with notification enable in nordic connect app, it is getting stop in nrf_delay_us, i don't know the issue, after this it is suddenly going to NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND; please suggest me for this issue, Thanks

Hi Jorgen,

I am checking my application by connecting to Nordic connect app with notification enabled, but still after few data it is not sending data, I am using P0.15 pin for reading data, In nrf52832 development board the same pin is for button 3, so if i press that button again it will start sending data, please suggest me for this issue. (I commented the sleep mode in code)Thanks

Have you debugged the second application and figured out where it fails? You should make sure you check every error code, to make sure your application is functioning as expected. From your previous screenshots, it looks like the application is failing because you are trying to send data using ble_nus when there is no connection or notifications not being enabled.

You get error code NRF_ERROR_INVALID_STATE from ble_nus_string_send. This error is thrown if you are not in a connection, or if notifications are not enabled by the central. You have to check the error code returned from this function call and ignore the error if you are not connected, or implement some other way to make sure you do not try to send notifications without beeing in a connection with notifications enabled.

Can you post the Call Stack window from Segger Embedded Studio when you end up at the breakpoint (NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND) in the error handler:

Also make sure you check the error codes from every function that returns an error (ble_nus_string_send, etc.), and pass this to APP_ERROR_CHECK(), to make sure the error handler is called from the correct function call.

This is caused by an error from the softdevice. You need to provide your code in order for us to help you debug this. You should also see if you can figure out which function is causing the error.

I have checked in debug mode using segger embedded studio, so after 60 sec i am getting following error:

<error> app: SOFTDEVICE: ASSERTION FAILED

Then immediately it is shifting the cursor to below line in app_error_weak.c file:

NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND;
// On assert, the system can only recover with a reset.

Please tell me how to resolve this issue, thanks in advance

Please post the code you are using for communicating with the DHT11 sensor. Also, please try debugging using this method, to see if any functions return error codes.
