That depends on if you need the additional functionality the nRF52840 provides (BT5 long range mode, 802.15.4 radio, USB, QSPI, higher flash/RAM size, etc). Both devices should work fine with the available errata workarounds implemented. Note that most workarounds are implemented in drivers and MDK.

Please post a link to the errata document you are looking at. QFAA-B0 is rev 1 IC. All erratas in nRF52832 Rev 1 Errata applies to this chip, unless other is specifically mentioned in the document. There is also rev 2 IC, but this does not solve all erratas from rev 1. There are workarounds for most erratas, please make sure you implement the workarounds for the erratas on your chip that affects you.
