Thanks for the zip, it helped me to realize that my flash_placement was wrong. I've modified it with proper start address values for bootloader_settings_page and mbr_params_page.

Now I can run it in nrf52810 but can't see any advertisment, the same for nrf52832 and also the same if I compile and run your project.

So now my application is not crashing, but I have the same problem than before. This is happening also with your project:

nrf52810: no advertisment
nrf52832 after erase the chip: no advertisment
nrf52832 after flashing the old version of the bootloader: works as expected

Still don't understand what's happening with bootloader settings page.

Adriana: I have created an updated example with Keil, SES and GCC support. The projects should compile out of the box, see this answer or download the zip attached below.
