You can have up to twenty connections (central/peripheral) as described in the s132 softdevice documentation

Martin, Thanks for your valuable support but i have 1 more clarification that can you tell me how many centrals connection is possible with one peripheral in numbers.

Hello Satheeshmr,

Only one client can be active at a time with the Thingy:52 standard firmware. If you want to connect multiple clients with the Thingy:52 you can configure the Firmware.

We have the BLE Multiperipheral example which show how one peripheral can connect with several Centrals. This is very easy to test on a nRF52 DK, but can be used as reference to implement the same functionality in the Thingy:52 Firmware.
