I have closed one previous case: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/31320/example-explanation-of-spi-transaction-manager and will stuck to this new one.

This case is different from that: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/32012/spi-communication-failure-between-nrf52840-preview-dk-and-arduino-uno. In this case, I am trying to communicate Nordic DK with a Arduino shield, but in the previous case, I was trying to communicate Nordic DK with a Arduino UNO.

For previous case, I have tested different modes as ovrebekk's suggestions, however, Nordic DK still cannot receive the proper response from Arduino UNO. For this case, Nordic DK seems always receive the signal of 0... I suspect the Arduino CAN bus shield didn't response. But I don't know what is the root causes...

Did you try out the different modes, such as ovrebekk suggested in the first link?
