Have you tried what is suggested here to get rid of the 0x3401 error?

I am using softdevice 5.1.0 and there related incidensts. And It happens when enable the notification from the phone side

What Softdevice version are you using?

For some reason I get stuck in softdevice at 1EA7A when a send some random data to my phone also I notes that function sd_ble_gatts_hvx return 3401
As you say, an assert at address 0x1EA7A originates inside the Softdevice, but error 3401 occurs in the application. Are these unrelated incidents? If so, what are the circumstances around the two errors.
