The power button starts blinking which is odd, I expected it to be solid green. There is no JLINK drive in Windows. &lt;p&gt;Have you tried with a different USB cable? This symptoms are similar with what you get with a charge-only USB cable (no data lines, only power).&lt;/p&gt;
