&lt;li&gt;Is the USB cable connected correctly?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are the various switches correctly positioned?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What version of the J-link driver are you running?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are you using a USB hub?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have you updated the nRF Command Line Tools?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
