I want to built a coin cell powered thermometer with NTC thermistor.
May I know if I need to regulate the voltage from the coin cell or i can power the nrf52832 and the thermistor directly by the coin cell to give accurate reading?

You can use VDD as a reference voltage to the SAADC, that way you do not need to regulate the voltage over the NTC voltage divider.

Cheers,
Håkon
