Any suggestion on above schematic? 32.768KHz crystal is not connected so this will affect on BLE connection?

Please compare nRF52832 DK schematic and above attached nRF52832 custom board schematic there is X2 (crystal, 32.768KHz) is missing.

So, do you think this is the problem to connect the custom board to mobile application?

Hi,

Have you tried debugging like this to check whether any of the Softdevice functions return any useful errors?

A sniffer trace could also be very valuable here. If you have an extra Nordic development kit you can use our nRF Bluetooth Sniffer solution.
