Hi,

We do not have any examples for connecting to WIN7. As far as I know there are no BLE drivers in WIN7. Your only option might be to use a dongle.

Hi,

We do not have any experience with PyBluez. I recommend that you forward your question to the PyBluez Google Group. There are also some examples in the PyBluez GitHub repository that you can learn from.

If you are using an updated version of Windows 10 you might want to take a look at the Bluetooth LE Explorer application. The source for this app is available on GitHub. There are also a lot of Microsoft resources if you would like to develop with BLE on Windows 10.
