&lt;p&gt;The D0 build code is the production version of the nRF51822-CEAA&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please take a look at this paper.

&lt;p&gt;It will show you what SoftDevices and SDKs will work with that release.&lt;/p&gt;
