The device is not getting detected in nRFgo studio.
We have tested the BMD300 module seperately by connecting SWDIO, SWCLK and RST pin
You will need GND and VTG (VDD_NRF) connected as well, as the Segger JLink Base has level shifters to match the custom boards operating voltage.

If you open JLink Commander, does this show any error messages when connecting to the device? Also, have you tried to use nrfjprog from the command line (nrfjprog --recover for instance)?

You need to power your board (3.3V) in order for most external programmers to work properly, and the "VTG" shall be connected to your VDD_NRF to ensure that the external debugger is able to detect your device.

Which programmer are you using?

If you are using a nRF5x-DK, you should connect it like this to ensure that the voltage level is equal on both sides:

https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/14058/external-programming-using-nrf52-dk/53757#53757
