I deleted bonding information , from android bluetooth settings(forget device) and it worked . Thank you @Mttrinh

Hi,

Can you try delete the bonding information and see if this solves the issue?

GATT INTERNAL ERROR 129(0x81) might occur if the phone expects to be bonded with the device. Have a look at this post.

In nRF Connect, do you get any errors in the log when the connection procedure fails?

You haven't modified anything in the examples you tried with? Can you also send me a sniffer of a successfull connection with your Nexus 9 Tablet?
