I can zoom in using the ctrl and right mouse button, then pan left and right, but I can pan up and down to see the now missing parts of the chart.
I am sorry. I had not updated to the latest version, so it was not possible on my computer. However, I updated it, and see what you mean now.

It is correct, you can't scroll on the Y-axis. You have to zoom in on the area that you want to see. So if you right click on the bottom of the graph, and then drag along the Y-axis, you will see that area. It is possible to see all the areas of the graph with some zooming in and out. Note that the zoom out function will also zoom everything out to the point where you started, so that you can zoom in below 0 on the Y axis as well. This is a little bit difficult to describe in writings, but play around with it, and you will understand.

Best regards,

But then you can pan up and down. The image below (left) not zoomed in (right) zoomed in showing clipped chart with no way to pan to the missing top and bottom sections. You can pan left and right by holding and dragging the left mouse button.

I have not found out if you can zoom in or out on the Y-axis in the PPK tool in nRF Connect. However, I have not seen that you miss any points. The Y-axis is scaled automatically. Is that not the case for you? If it is, could you send a screenshot where you are missing some points in the graph?
