&lt;p&gt;You should be able to program the module with the nrfjprog utility, which is included with the SDK. It requires the module to be powered and the Segger J-Link connected to it like I see you have in the picture.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you have wire and welder  you can use DK with a simple protoboard. See Nordic documentation about DK schematics.&lt;/p&gt;
