A remote unit with GPS receiver and nrf24l01+, and a base unit to display Latitude /Longitude. May-be also using the sleep function, so the remote is in sleep mode until the base unit is powered up, and when powered down goes back into sleep.
Any ideas?

RE: nrf24l01 & gps

Please be more specific. What is it that you want to accomplish? GPS position is basically just numbers, or may be represented by an NMEA string from a GPS module. This information can certainly be sent with the nRF24L01, or any other radio chip for that matter.
