Actually the nRFLoader was not in sync with the changes in the DFU. There are even more changes in the SDK7. I haven't go the chance to update yet. There are many threads about it. The main problem was always, software not in sync.

I found this happened on a board that does not have the 32KHz crystal. I have not yet find the solution nor the reason to this problem. May be Nordic people can shed some lights on this.
