I had enabled others modules in my application, make sure if you are not using a module disable it, e.g UART on sdk_config.h

Good that it is mostly fixed! When in sleep mode, could you check if the current consumption will be lowered if you disable TWI?

Hi Kristin, I believe it is fixed now. I had nrf_log enabled after I disabled it my current drops 70uA in sleep mode, Is it too hight?. is it a normal current using TWI, and FDS and fstorage enabled? I remember some time ago my application was running at 5uA when it was in sleep mode. I am using app_timer to awake my device and sd_app_evt_wait() to sleep mode

Standby mode of 4-5mA sounds like the CPU is running, see the electrical specification for the CPU. Could you check if that somehow could be the case?

It can also be useful to have a look at this post regarding the HF clock and TWI.

If you disable TWI using nrf_drv_twi_disable(), does the current consumption go back the the same as it was before enabling TWI?
