&lt;p&gt;Two peripherals cannot talk to each other directly, that is outside of the&lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.s132.sds%2Fdita%2Fsoftdevices%2Fs130%2Fble_protocol_stack%2Fble_protocol_stack.html&amp;amp;cp=2_3_1_0_9" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt; BLE protocol &lt;/a&gt;specification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You could have a device working as a Central and be connected to all the peripherals (&lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.0.0%2Fble_sdk_app_multilink.html&amp;amp;cp=4_0_0_4_1_0_2" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;like this example&lt;/a&gt;) or you could have a device acting as both a &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v15.0.0%2Fexamples_ble_cen_per.html&amp;amp;cp=4_0_0_4_1_1" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;central/peripheral&lt;/a&gt; device.&lt;/p&gt;
