I simply meant that if you change the UUID to something other than the BT SIG defined base UUID, you won't run into an error and the device will start advertising again.

Hi!

So, you are trying to add the Bluetooth SIG defined Base UUID.

Note that the SIG defined UUID is added by default, so you should not add this again.

If you try changing the UUID to anything else, your device should be advertising as expected again.
