Hi just +1 with same feedback. SoftDevice release notes are hard to find.

The docs at https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/ are extensive and very well structured and easy to read however this feels pretty odd. There are release notes as part of each SDK here https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/struct_sdk/struct/sdk_nrf5.html?cp=8_5 why SoftDevice release notes are not in each version here https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/struct_nrf52/struct/s132.html?cp=4_7_3 ? This Flash/RAM memory sizing is quite important piece of information and is so hard to find. Also the upgrade information and API changes between SD releases should be there too.

It would be good to be able to view the Release Notes without having to download the SoftDevice.

The softdevice release notes can be found, as you suggested, by downloading the softdevice.

We appreciate the input, and I will forward your suggestion to make it more clear where to find the Softdevice Release Notes.

I don't know why this may have been caught by our spam-filters, but we continuously monitor this and move any real post back to the open forum.

Actually, the real issue was that I was looking for the memory requirements: I had to follow a whole string of links before finally getting to something that said, "it's not here - it's in the Release Note!"

The zip file for most soft devices is tiny, for example S132 v6 is under 450 KB so should not be an issue. You could download the SD and release notes in less time than it took to post your question! :-)

Do Nordic's SPAM filters think that their own site is dodgy?!
