I do not see any device. The LEDs flash and the buttons light up LEDs 1-4 as described.

&lt;p&gt;- A different USB cable&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- A different computer&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Make sure you are using the latest&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/download_resource/51499/47/90266999/53210" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Are you able to enter bootloader mode? Tried to update the JLink Firmware?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; How to&amp;nbsp;update the J-Link Interface MCU Firmware:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Power off the board&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;IF Boot/Reset button&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;- keep holding it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Power on the board&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The LD5 Led should be blinking (0.5Hz)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will notice a new drive appearing in your Computer with label:&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;BOOTLOADER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Copy the &lt;a href="http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/nordic/download_resource/52275/13/50971505/88835" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;file to the root of this drive - normal copy-paste operation. (The LD5 will start blinking fast)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Power off the board and the power it on again.&lt;/li&gt;

Can you check if you can see the device in &lt;a href="http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/2.4GHz-RF/nRFgo-Studio/(language)/eng-GB" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;nRFgo Studio&lt;/a&gt; or in the Device manager?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
