I need a little more information to be able to help you.

How have set this up? (check that you are using the correct pins)

Are you using the correct SPI settings according to your slave (MX25R6435F)? (frequency, mode etc.)

Could you check with a logic analyzer that you are actually sending the correct information to your external memory?

hi Martin,

i am using nRF52832,sdk14.2.0,softdevice s132 and spi master example as a reference .i am not able to write to memory amd read from memory.

And board i am using is pca10040.

Hello Kirti,

For the nRF52832 you could check out the SPI Master example and use that as reference.

I would however, recommend the nRF52840 (the new, more powerful version of nRF52832) which has QSPI and we provide an example of using external memory MX25R6435F. Have a look here.
