This should work well. I assume the U-FL connector is going to be used instead of the antenna, with either the connector or R400 in place and not both on the same time.

Thank's a lot for your advice ;)

I attached some screenshots of a layout similar to Nordic's dev.board.
Feedline is 45mil, clearance to ground is 8 mil. On an 1.6mm pcb this should result in 50 ohm impedance if I am right.
Is there anything what is wrong or what could be done better?

I'd go for a 1/4 wave antenna, like in the middle picture. Similar to the antenna on the dev.kits. Make it a bit longer than you need, ~25 mm, and trim off 1 mm at the tine while you measure the range until you have max range.

Keep the ground plane at least 5 mm from the antenna. More is better here.
