C67 at 100 pF is way to much. Try 0.8 pF as in the reference schematic.

I need to see the layout as well. The part containing the nRF52 and the RF section is enough.

What's the CL value of your crystal?

It is a part of the schemamaitc between antenna and nrf52

It doesn't quite work like that, it's connected to the radio inside the device. Can you post the schematic and layout of your custom board please?

Ok so "ant" pin is for the ble antenna ?

And do you know where it is write in the code ?

I'm asked about this because I am using nrf52 on a custom board, with an antenna plugged on the 30th pin ("ant") but I can't see the bluetooth signal from this module with my phone.

Do you have any idea ?

The antenna pin is fixed and can not be changed.
