From the image you uploaded, it seems like you are using SDK 12.2.

In SDK 12.2, we are using s132_nrf52_3.0.0_softdevice.hex , so you will not find S132 v.6.0.0 in SDK 12.2

You can see in this compatibility matrix what SoftDevice version is used in different SDK versions.

The S132 SoftDevice is located in the folder: SDK_15\components\softdevice\s132\hex\

Note that in SDK 15, we are using S132 v.6.0.0
