On the snifer data everything is ok. LG G3 has some fault wich affect on ble. We checked with other sdk version and had the same issue. There is no fault with sdk or firmware, just smartphone sometimes stops communicate with the device.

Please provide a sniffer trace. Please be aware that our current SDK is v15.

Also please check the disconnect reason when you received a DISCONNECTED event on the device.

Hi,

We used SDK 7 wich has no problem. But when we start to use SDK11 we meet this problem. With heart rate example I had the same problem (s132 v2.0.1).

Hi Vladimir,

Please clarify the SDK version, softdevice version of the new and old firmware.

Please attach your sniffer trace .

Please tell if you have same problem when testing the stock example in the SDK

When you move to new SDK, there is a chance that it support new feature but you don't handle them in the code causing a crash. (Long MTU for example)
