Hi Alaa,

I think you are confusing IC pin and GPIO pin number as jing mentions.

Please look at the Pin assignments, and remember to keep in mind these GPIO usage restrictions.

Here is also the connector interface for the nRF52 DK.

Thank you. I understand now. I just looked at the datasheet and it says the pin number is 43. And still I can't change it although it's IO pin...

You are confusing the ic pin number with the GPIO pin number.

There are 32 GPIO pins for nrf52832. (no GPIO 32 to 35)

The NFC pins 9 and 10 you mentioned are actually the GPIO pin number and they are mapped to ic pins 11 and 12 respectively according to Table 3: QFN48 pin assignments of nRF52832 product specification.
