Using Proteus due to restrictions unfortunately, though I agree Eagle would be the best choice in a ideal world.

Do you have to use Proteus due to some restriction or as your personal choice?

If you can switch, use eagle and most of the resources related to NRF52832 are available for designing.

Hi,

We only have Altium Designer files, shipped with the reference design files, and Eagle files in the Nordic Playground github account.

I am not familiar with Proteus, if it is not possible to convert e.g. Altium files you might have to hope that someone who has something are able to share it with you.
