Hardware Setup
Edit: Connect pin 2 and pin 3 (VCC Nrf' and VCC NrF) on K1 by using jumper

RE: nRF51822 Development Kit without nRFgo Starter Kit

Yes, by my reckoning those are pins 2.2 (VTG) and 2.6 (GND) respectively. 2.1 and 2.5 would work just as well

RE: nRF51822 Development Kit without nRFgo Starter Kit

I'm sorry but I don't understand the second method of connection.
Thank you for the solution, it will be very helpful!

I am fairly new to this, may I ask what the difference is between Vcc, Vcc_nRF and Vcc_nRF'?

Kind regards

A time saver, a money saver, and a headache saver. One note though, in your "Hardware Setup" section, I think you meant to say connect pins 2 and 3 on K1. Your photo is correct though.

Well done. Thank you very much.

RE: nRF51822 Development Kit without nRFgo Starter Kit

Thanks I saw a little note saying the nrfgo would be needed, but i expected differently. you confirmed it :) thanks now I know It also works without the nrfgo kit.

RE: nRF51822 Development Kit without nRFgo Starter Kit

My pleasure!
