You are right, "Device rebooted." will only be printed with the softdevice flashed.

Yes I have flashed the SoftDevice. Would it print the "Device rebooted." without it?
As I said: it is sometimes working, sometimes not. Once it is running it stays running for days until I cloe the python session and try to initialize the provisioner again after rebooting the board.

I have tried reproducing this, I only managed to do this once though. How often does this happen to you?

This might be an issue with Segger. Did you try it with v6.32a? I will ask the team if there is any known issue around this.

UPDATE: Seems that I get this all the time if I haven't flashed the softdevice. You have flashed the softdevice?
