I am having problem doing what you ask.

I sent you the memory map which should be sufficient.

All COMP registers are there, starting from address 0x40013200.

To view registers in SES:

Enter a debug session
View -> Registers -> Registers 1 -> Groups -> toggle COMP.

With more memory : from address 0x40013200.

This will give the whole registers for the comp

below is the memory of the registers after calling to nrf_drv_comp_start.

The memory is from address 0x40013500

PSEL=2

REFSEL=1

EXTREFSEL=0

TH=3,20

MODE=2
